It was hand painted/designed with the organic plumeria flowers hand picked by Bert at the beach in Leucadia, California. The flowers are covered in natural Indigo dye then placed on the garment to cure for 48-72 hours. This artist piece will never be duplicated. It comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authentication.
